The scissors are great, have used them on batting, but mainly have used them on fleece, are very sharp and long which didn't have a problem. The are great.

LOVE, LOVE LOVE these scissors!! Can't do without them now as I use them each time I need to trim away excess batting; especially nice to use at the bottoms of the quilts I do! They are wonderful scissors and well-worth the price!! (I pre-ordered them so had to wait for them but the price was less than they are now.... WORTH the wait!!) :-D
