are 23" long, open at both ends and designed to cut folded fabric right
off the bolt—up to 6 layers of cotton fabric at a time! Lay cut strips
across die perpendicular to blades to cut squares or rectangles; lay
strips at a 45 or 60 degree angle to cut diamonds.
