Pellon thermolam plus fusible fleece is an extra lofty needled fleece. It has a heat-fusible adhesive on one side. Crafts, home decor or quilted projects benefit from the extra loft of this type of fusible interfacing. Properly fusing the fleece to the project is necessary to obtain a professional appearance.

  • Properly fusing the fleece to the project is necessary to obtain a professional appearance.
    Cut the fusible fleece out using the same pattern as the object on which it will be used.Trim ½ inch from all sides.
    Lay the coated side of the fusible fleece on the wrong side of the fabric and cover with a damp pressing cloth
    Set the steam iron at medium steam.
  • Place the iron on the pressing cloth and hold 10 to 15 seconds.
    Lift the iron and place it so that it overlaps the already fused area.
    Continue moving the iron to an overlapping position and holding 10 to 15 seconds until the entire interfacing is fused to the fabric.
    Do not slide the iron.
    Press on right side to remove excess moisture
