3 pin Terminal Body
This is the replacement receptacle for the 3 pins that accepts the plug on the foot controller.
This uses the double lead cord set.

Compatible for all Singer 221 machines. The edge of the receptacle often gets hit and breaks out a piece of the outer edge.

Both the wires from the controller and the outlet are combined in the block that plugs into the front of terminal body on the machine. You cannot route the controller wire through the top of the cabinet with this type of set up.

The receptacles are broken when hurriedly placing the machine back in the case.
The receptacle extends beyond the body of the machine and is hit when the machine is being lowered into the case.
That is why the breaks are almost always half moon-shaped.
If you have a damaged receptacle, it should be replaced.
