HeatnBond Medium Weight Weft Fusible insertion interfacing is very stable. When fused, it limits the fabric's stretch on both the grain and the cross-grain.
It is called fusible weft interfacing and it is used inside a garment's edges to make them crisp.
Sometimes designers even use a soft luxury fabric for a jacket, but to give it more body, they interface the entire front with high quality weft fusible interfacing so it doesn't look droopy.
