Area Rug made with one 42in piece Jelly-Roll and Cotton Batting.
This patterns requires zero wrapping, braiding, weaving or crocheting - just pure sewing bliss!
You will need a sewing machine that will make at least a 5mm wide zig-zag.
Size: Approximately 30" x 44"

Tips:
Connect all of the batting strips with the batting seam tape before sewing, not as you need them.
Use Clover Wonder Clips to keep the fabric in place as you fold and sew.
It makes it so much easier on your hands and makes the project go faster.

Natural Cotton Batting is lightweight batting for ease in hand-quilting.
3oz triple-carded, needlepunched cotton.

Tips
decide on the way you want the colors to show on your rug --dark on the outside? etc
Sew all the strips together in preparation for adding the batting

Remember to spray with Best press both back and front when finished and press well
Wash on a gentle cycle when necessary and then respray and press
