How do I return an item?

**Please note you cannot combine orders with a previous order - volume is too high & chances are it has already been packed or shipped!!!**

If item is damaged on arrival we need photo proof within 7 days of receiving. Please understand we can not accept issues regarding product 4-6 weeks later, suppliers only accept responsibility if we have proof product was damaged in package on arrival.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply initiate your product return or exchange within 7 days from receipt of order to receive a full refund (less shipping charges and re stocking charges).

The returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Returned shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
Please be aware that the items must be unopened, if the original box is opened it is no longer classified as new. AccuQuilt state a new machine is a machine that is in an opened box, if they are satisfied it is not used they insist we purchase a brand new box, hence we do not accept AccuQuilt machines back unless there is a default. We always work with customers when there is a problem.

All returns must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton.
  • On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address that was given to you by the customer service specialist.
  • Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping.
  • We ask that the item be shipped via UPS or insured parcel post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and also make the credit process go much quicker.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

  • ALL SALE items including sale kits are non-refundable
  • Other regular priced items can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for any charges which are incurred when a parcel is refused.
  • customers must insure the address is correct, we are always charged by Canada Post if your order is sent back to us.
