This company goes above and beyond what I would expect from an online store.  I phoned them to see if the Apliquick LARGE Scissors 6.5inch were suitable for left handed quilters since I couldn't determine from the info given. I wanted to be sure that I could use them comfortably with my left hand since I'm left handed.  The woman who answered the phone did her own searching and couldn't find the info re this in print anywhere.  Since she couldn't guarantee that they would be suitable (and they are high quality expensive scissors) she had someone in the warehouse test them to see if they could indeed be used comfortably left and right handed.  They said they tried them and they worked and were comfortable.  I just received them today and couldn't be happier with them!!!  Thanks so much for going above and beyond for your customers.  This was my first time ordering from this site but it certainly won't be the last!!!

I ordered some items that were repackaged to allow for cheaper shipping, which I really appreciate.
Everything was well-priced and just as described when it got here.
Will definitely be a return customer. :)

I received my first order from Stitch in the Ditch,  I was pleased with the good selection and fast shipping. Since there is no fabric store in my town, I have to shop online. Now I'll have a "go to" place to order from. :)

Received my monthly package from Nulagh like clockwork.  Have enjoyed the experience very much and have found this web site to be one of the best.  Even though I am north of Toronto, I still find it worthwhile to order from Stitch in the Ditch because of their extensive on line fabric selection and phone support when needed.  Have met Nulagh at Shows and have also found her to be very helpful.

I was happy to find a Canadian source of information and supplies for my Singer Featherweight. My order arrived quickly (needed oil and lube grease), I also ordered the Featherweight instruction manual, this I was not very impressed with. The manual was $10, and is just a poorly enlarged photocooy from the computer. You would be better off printing your own from the featherweight website. The diagrams are fuzzy and unhelpful!
This aside, I will likely be ordering more from here, as they have timely service, and it is Canadian.

Nulagh really takes time to listen to your needs and will go out of her way to help you. I love the variety of products and the prices for goods and for shipping are excellent. It is so nice to know that I can shop at a Canadian online store to get all of the things that my local quilt shop does not carry. I am so happy to have found this shop.
